Tuesday, October 20
Good morning, Jess. Two customers are waiting on you, and three orders still need you.
Ahead of an even pace. About $265 a day gets you there.
Needs you today
Plus your calendar, list growth, and how your last email did.
All of that, every morning, becomes
One page, waiting for you
In your colors, your fonts, and your folder.
The morning tab tour
Seven tabs open before your coffee is even warm.
Inbox. Shop orders. Your email platform. Customer questions. Your calendar. That spreadsheet you keep meaning to update. By the time you've checked everything, your best thinking hours have wandered off somewhere.
You don't need another productivity system. Your information lives in too many places. Your Morning Brief brings it together on one calm private page, in your brand, before you sit down.
What Your Brief Can show you
You pick what matters and it does the digging.
During your interview you choose the sections you'd actually use.
Needs you today
People waiting on a reply, deadlines, and anything that gets harder if it waits. Each one links straight to the email or ticket.
Your calendar
Today's meetings and project blocks, plus a heads-up when tomorrow needs a little prep.
Sales and your goals
Month to date, your pace, and what it takes per day to reach your goal. No mental math before breakfast.
Orders to fulfill
Paid orders that still need something from you, like a session to schedule, a custom order, or a new client to onboard, with how long each has waited.
Customer questions
Questions from customers and readers, whether they land in your inbox or a help desk, including replies to your newsletter.
List growth
New subscribers, unsubscribes, and which freebies are actually bringing people in.
Your last newsletter
Opens and clicks, side by side with the two emails before it so you know what's working and what isn't.
A little something for you
Your local weather, a verse or quote, or anything else that grounds you before the workday starts.

Why I built this
I built mine first and it showed me what I was missing.
Hi, I'm Lauren. For nearly two decades I've helped 30,000+ bloggers and business owners figure out the tech behind their businesses. So when I built my own morning brief, I figured I knew my business inside and out.
My very first brief showed me:
A customer had sent the login I asked for, and it had been sitting unanswered since the day before.
An affiliate commission couldn't be invoiced because my profile was missing some information.
A customer question came in at 7:35am, before I'd even opened my inbox.
Nothing was scheduled for Friday's newsletter yet, and Friday was the next day.
None of it was hiding. It was spread across a handful of different apps. And every business has its own quirks: a "pending" order might mean a service you still owe someone, and your newsletter replies might land somewhere other than your inbox. The Builder doesn't hand you a template. It interviews you about the things only you know, then builds a brief around how your business actually works.
How it Works
One interview and then it runs itself.
No code, nothing installed on your website, and no passwords typed into a chat. You answer questions and click Connect. Claude does the heavy lifting.
01
Answer a few questions
Start a new chat in Cowork and type Let's build my morning brief. The Builder asks one question at a time: what you want to see, the tools you use, and the quirks of your business.
02
Connect and test
Connect each app with a click, then check one real number against the app itself, so you know you can trust what your brief tells you.
03
See your first brief
The Builder makes today's brief from your real data, in your brand colors and fonts. Tell it what to change.
04
Install and schedule
Upload your personal skill, pick a folder on your computer, and tell Cowork when to run it. Tomorrow morning, it's waiting.
Plan on about 45 to 60 minutes, start to finish. You can pause anytime and pick back up.
What you get
Everything you need to wake up briefed.
The Morning Brief Builder
The guided interview skill that asks the right questions, connects your tools, and builds your brief with you.
Your personal Morning Brief skill
Built during your interview with your tools, your business rules, and your brand baked in. Yours to keep and update anytime.
The Lunch & Learn video
Watch me go through the steps, so you know exactly what to do before you begin.
The companion guide
A PDF Guide with step-by-step setup, a prompt cheat sheet, and troubleshooting tips in case you find yourself stuck.
Morning Brief Builder
Your business, briefed and waiting every morning.
$47
What you'll need: a paid Claude plan that includes Cowork, and the Claude desktop app for Mac or Windows. Your Claude plan is separate from this purchase.
Private by Design
Your brief sees a lot. It was built to be careful.
Your inbox, your sales, your customers. That's personal stuff, and your brief treats it that way.
Read-only
It looks and summarizes. It never sends emails, replies to customers, changes orders, or touches your calendar.
Stays on your computer
Your brief is a file in a folder you choose. It's never published to the web.
Light on customer details
First names only, or none at all. No email addresses, street addresses, or phone numbers.
Can't be bossed around
If an email contains instructions aimed at Claude, your brief treats them as information, never as orders.
We never see your data
Everything happens inside your own Claude account, using only the connections you approve.
No passwords in the chat
Every connection happens through Claude's Connect buttons or your app's own sign-in screen.
Is this for you?
Made for bloggers and business owners who run the whole show.
Your inbox, your sales, your customers. That's personal stuff, and your brief treats it that way.
You'll love this if
It's not the right fit if
Good questions, honest answers.
Your mornings, simplified
Here's to calmer mornings.
One interview, about an hour of setup, and you'll open your laptop to a page that already knows what needs you
