Category Silo Page Options
The Create Kadence Theme includes three Category Page Silos. Your website visitors can find the content they are looking for while you help search engines determine the topical relevancy of your site and boost your SEO.
You may want to use different Category Page Silos depending on how many blog posts you have in a category. Or you can use the same design for each category. It’s totally up to you!
The Category 1 Silo is your traditional WordPress default design that will automatically update as you add blog posts. The demo displays your website sidebar but that is optional and you can delete it with just one click.
The Category 2 and 3 Silo Pages are created with the Kadence blocks and are more “stylized”. Both pages include your site’s main navigation as well as a circular category image with rotation effect upon hover and a post-category drop-down filters menu in colorful bordered boxes. The Category 3 Silo Page (Crafting Index Example) has the added category heading, paragraph description, and search button feature.
